Excellent ground. Good views from my seat. Drinks and food are extortionate but Sheffield casino you'd expect that anyway.
Went first time there. And I see mostly tables was already managed by their own people. Scam only scam
I won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Brum….i mean what more do you want other than a clean, quiet room to enable a super restful night followed by a great brekky?!?

Aircon in the room would not change temperature or fan speed so it was 21 degrees all night and extremely noisy.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others
This was a fantastic casino before it was bought by "double diamond gaming" I was appalled by my visit recently to see what this place became, nothing but street thugs hanging around with hooded jackets on and rude staff, I didn't feel safe at all, I won't be returning
The social nights are great, with free drinks and nibbles. The breakfast is tasty and hot. I travel to Birmingham regularly and will be using this hotel again, as well as recommending to colleagues.
Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time.
Food selection was good. Most importantly the pitch is great (and has a quite short boundary) so very close to the action in most seats

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.
It is a good complex with many activities and food places. The bowling and kids arcade games place are always quite busy which is a testament to how much people enjoy coming here.
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
